Nightly Accommodations
Before you make your reservations, please review these details about your accommodation.

  • RATES: Rates do not include 9% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax. Rates do not include Daily Maid Service.  Daily Maid Service is available upon request at a charge of $10.
  • ADDITIONAL PERSON RATE: Add $50.00 for each additional person staying in the same suite where applicable.
  • MINIMUM STAY: A two night minimum stay unless otherwise stated. Additional nights may be required for holidays and vacation periods.
  • DEPOSIT: A 50% advance deposit is required to secure a room and is applied to the balance due.
  • CANCELLATIONS: There is a $50 processing fee for all cancellations. Deposits, minus the processing fee are refundable if notification is received at least
    14 days prior to your arrival date. In addition to the processing fee, one night's rental fee will be retained for all cancellations with less than 14 days notice.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $150 security deposit is required for all nightly guests.
  • CHECK-IN: is after 3:30 pm
  • CHECK-OUT: is before 11:00 am
  • Pets under 15 pounds allowed in specified, designated units only. Security deposit will be charged for pets in unauthorized units. Security deposit will be charge for excessive damage in designated units. Excessive barking and disturbing other guests are grounds for guest and / or pet being evicted from property.
  • Victorian Village and Grand Victorian are non-smoking facilities.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
